BUSINESS CONTRACTS

A Business Contract is a legally binding agreement that lays out terms for the sale of goods or services between two companies. Business Contracts typically list what products or services are being sold and the price for each, as well as additional terms such as conditions, warranties, timelines, and payments.

Here are some examples where a Business Contract should be considered for use:

• Your business plans to buy or sell physical products from another business.
• Your business will provide a service or receive a service from another business.
• You are an individual or independent contractor who wants to make a formal business agreement.

Once you complete your purchase of your Business Contract, we will provide you with additional information relevant to your Business Contract, to comply with relevant and current State laws. VENDOR AGREEMENT

Pop-up Shop events, festivals, and more are a common thing in our communities. As a business, a documented Vendor Agreement is highly recommended if you are hosting, or participating in events as such. 

A Vendor Agreement is a business contract between two parties covering the exchange of goods or services in return for compensation. Vendor contracts establish the business relationship conditions and include details on each party's obligations under the contract.

AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

Small and large businesses utilize Ambassadors to promote their brands. As a business, a documented Ambassador Agreement is highly recommended if you are utilizing this service for advertisement. 

An Ambassador Agreement, also known as an Influencer agreement, is a legally binding agreement between a company or brand and the ambassador or Influencer, that the company is hiring to promote its products or services across one or more platforms.

CONTRACT EDITS/UPDATES

Changes happen. We can edit your document with a small fee instead of you having to have a new one created. Here are a few examples of the changes we are able to update:
