SHIPPING POLICY
We work hard to get your order to you quickly! Here’s what you need to know:
Processing Time: Most orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours.
Shipping & Tracking: After your order ships, you’ll receive an email and/or text with your tracking information. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–4 business days (excluding holidays).
Shipping Carriers: We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and more. You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout. Sign up for text/email alerts directly with the shipping company for updates.
Tracking Responsibility: It’s your responsibility to track your orders using the information we provide.
Accuracy of Information: Please double-check your shipping details. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the package hasn’t shipped, we can correct it.
Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned due to incorrect information, we’ll happily resend it once we’ve received it, with any applicable reshipping fees. We will notify you by the phone number provided.
Payments: We accept cash and all other payment options online or in person, excluding personal checks and EBT/SNAP payments.
