RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At The Detroit Body Parlor, LLC we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for exchanges under the following conditions:

 

Return Window:  Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase order.

Approval Required: All returns must be pre-approved by our team before being sent back. Please contact us to request approval.

Exchange Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Merchandise can be exchanged for the same product or a similar item of equal or lesser value.

Return Process: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Exchange Completion: After we receive your returned merchandise, we will process your exchange promptly.
