How to Use Your V-Steam Set: Set the mood: light candles, play soothing music, or read a book while you relax!

1.     Place the Yoni Seat securely over your toilet.

2.     Add 4 oz of herbs (about 1/3 of the bag) into the seat.

3.     Pour hot water into the seat until halfway full.

4.     Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before sitting.

5.     Sit down carefully and cover your lower body with a towel or blanket to trap the steam.

6.     Relax and steam for 15–30 minutes.

7.     Dispose of the contents by flushing them down the toilet.

8.     Clean the Yoni Seat and store it in a dry, clean place for next time.
