BULK MERCHANDISE LABEL ORDERING POLICY

Thank you for choosing The Detroit Print Parlor for your custom printing needs. Please review the following policies and guidelines carefully before placing your order. 

ORDER MINIMUMS & QUANTITIES

• The minimum order quantity for bulk labels is 200 labels.
• Our largest standard bulk package is 2,000 labels.
• Customers needing quantities greater than 2,000 labels may:
• Purchase multiple 2,000-count bundles, or
• Combine smaller bundle quantities to meet their desired total.

LABEL MATERIAL & FINISH

• All labels are printed in full color with a glossy finish.
• Customers may choose between:
• Waterproof Labels
• Non-Waterproof Labels
• Both material options are priced the same for bulk orders.

LABEL FORMAT

• Bulk merchandise labels are printed on rolls only.
• Labels are not provided on sheets.

CUSTOM SIZING

• We offer a variety of custom label sizes.
• Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm size availability and compatibility with your design.

PAYMENT POLICY

• All invoices must be paid in full before production begins.
• No design work, proofing, or printing will begin until payment has been received and cleared.

DESIGN & PROOFING PROCESS

• Once payment is received, we will begin preparing your label design draft.
• A digital proof copy will be sent for customer review and approval prior to printing.
• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, including:
• Spelling
• Grammar
• Colors
• Sizing
• Placement
• Product information
• Printing will not begin until proof approval is received.

PRINT-ONLY ORDERS

• If you are supplying your own completed label design for printing, a proof copy will not be provided.
• We will print your submitted design according to the size specifications requested.

TURNAROUND TIME

• Standard production time is approximately 7–10 business days after:
• Full payment is received, and
• Final proof approval is submitted.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Tracking updates may not become available during the first few days of processing. 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Once a proof has been approved and printing has begun, any requested changes or cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the original order total.
• This fee covers material costs, labor, ink usage, setup time, and production loss.

REFUND POLICY

• Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds on custom print orders once production has started.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• All submitted artwork and information are owned or authorized for use by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
• Colors displayed on screens may vary slightly from printed products due to monitor and printer differences.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier performance.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
